So I stopped posting my doggie diary because I realized that it is more of a diary than a blog since I don't have any followers! That's okay, I thought I was doing well when I just figured out how to put a blog together- I have to promote it too? LOL Well, thanks Aunt Sally for reading my posts. This one is for you!
I just LOVE Lexie so much. It has been four months since I have written about my puppy experience and she is almost seven months old. She is so energetic, smart, pretty and spoiled! She is such great company that I let her get away with her spontanious hearing problem. I do notice though that she is listening to me more as she gets a little older.
A lot has happened since my last post. I took Lexie for a walk on the beach at three months old, and a large dog approached (off leash) and ended up attacking Lexie. The dog bit her in the head, and hurt her leg but mostly just scared her. That was a hard lesson to learn - Don't trust it when someone says they have a "friendly" dog. Many dogs are unpredictable!
Lexie just loves the water! I am so glad because I do too. She gets so excited when I take her to the beach, the intercoastal, and pretty much anywhere. She is a happy dog. When I let her outside to play she jumps and frolics around with her ears flopping and kind of bounces around like a rabbit. I found that she loves to chase anything...a ball, laser light, me....but really loves to chase bubbles! She knows the word and immediately starts looking in the air, ready to jump. She also has a boyfriend, Bruno. He lives two doors down and she adores him. What a cute pair they are. I don't want this to be too long, since I really just want to post current pictures.

Yesss! I finally found you. I kept checking. I gave up checking, then totally lost the URL just knowing you'd never update it again. :o( Then your Mom said, "She did!" And I looked and looked and couldn't find you anywhere in the Internet World. I gave up. Then today I found you! So you've been resurrected...restored from my recycle bin! She's SO cute! What an adorable personality! How much she has grown! I was crushed to hear she'd been hurt by another dog! And now you have your first follower--but she's muttering threats that if you don't post once in a while...you're in big trouble! I know she is in the doggie hospital this morning since we don't want small Lexie or Bruno Juniors in the future.
